A one-page plan for a new scene
Turn an exciting idea into a clear beginning, middle, ending and recovery plan.

Write the frame
Note the shared intention, activities, hard limits, soft limits, stop signals, relevant health information and an approximate duration. List the supplies and safety equipment that must be present before you begin.
Include the return
Plan how the scene ends, what immediate care each person prefers and when you will debrief. Some reactions arrive later, so a next-day message or conversation can matter as much as care in the room.
Try this: Keep the plan to six lines. If an idea needs more, it may be better divided into two experiences.
